Design Services

Precision lawn Plus offers an On-Site Consultation to help you define your landscape project and discuss preliminary concepts for your garden space.  This On-Site Consultation with a Landscape Designer is $30.00.  Fees for a Landscape Plan will be quoted at the   time of the visit based on the site analysis and the area(s) that you are interested in having professionally landscaped. The original $30.00 fee will be waived if you contract with Precision lawn Plus to develop a landscape plan at the time of our initial visit.

If you simply need an estimate for specific landscape work to be performed, with no drawing or horticultural consultation required, we can typically provide the estimate at no charge when one of our landscape consultants is in your area. If you need an estimate for sodding a lawn or spreading mulch, we can conduct a brief site visit (even if you aren't at home) when we are in your area and provide you with an estimate.

Preparing for your designers visit

Over the years, we have discovered just how crucial it is to ask the right questions, especially when it comes to planning your landscape. Your answers help us tailor a plan that meets your needs.

Please take a few moments to think about the questions below and share your thoughts and ideas with your designer. We are convinced that this dialogue will prove fruitful for all involved.

  • What areas of your property are you interested in landscaping?
  • What problems or concerns is your existing landscaping posing?
  • How do you plan on utilizing your property?
  • What are some of your favorite plants you'd like to see incorporated in your landscape?
  • What budget have you established for your landscape?

If you have pictures of landscapes from your favorite magazines or books, be sure to show them to your designer. This is an excellent way to familiarize your designer with the styles, plants and colors that you like.

If possible, please have a copy of your most recent plot plan (included in your settlement papers) and a list of any HOA covenants that may apply to landscaping. This will expedite the design process.
